Our class structure is to the advantage of the student. Very economic and sensible, we welcome all students. We have one on one music lessons for Piano, Violin, and Voice.
International Concert Pianist, Dr. Christopher Smith, has delighted audiences around the world with his power and poetry at the piano. His concerts are energetic, powerful and a celebration of piano music which continue to sell out to this day. Christopher has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City, to a house that sold out in less than 36 hours. Christopher was invited to perform on five different festive occasions at the White House in Washington D.C., performing for President George Bush and First Lady Laura Bush, friends, Staff, and supporters at the White House. First Lady Laura Bush has called Maestro Christopher Smith “an American treasure.” As an International Concert Pianist, Mr. Smith sold out his six solo piano sold out tours across Europe. In 2017, Christopher performed in France, Croatia, Greece, Italy and Spain with dates being planned in Paris, Rome and the Amalfi Coast. Christopher has performed for Kings, Presidents, Governors, Senators, Actors and many musicians from around the world. He has toured across the United States. Mr. Smith has performed for all of the world leaders at the G-8 Summit held at the 5 star, 5 diamond Sea Island Resort at Sea Island, GA. Christopher began his studies at the age of four years old, mesmerized and watching his mother, Gladys Smith, perform and teach on her piano. The young Christopher was tutored by renown pianist Mr. Gerald Roberts from Golden Springs, Alabama. Christopher studied music at Jacksonville State University and Samford University in Alabama. Maestro Christopher Smith was an Artist in Residence at the Sea Island Company for 23 years, the number golf one resort in the World. He was also the Director of Fine Arts and Performances at Frederica Academy, a prestigious private school on St. Simons Island. Since then, Mr. Smith has started Violin classes in South Georgia. Over 200 students have come through his programs, A few have continued on To become Music Majors and then on to become professional symphony members themselves. Mr. Smith has received his Masters degree in Music. He has received his Doctorate in Music in 2023. Dr. Smith is currently the CEO/Director and Founder of the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.

With a class limit of 20 students, your student will receive a vast amount of instruction. Classes will be on Tuesdays and begin at 5pm and will be an hour long. If you have a fussy sibling, we have three play grounds to distract them, and a cool game room. If you don;t have a violin, we will rent you a violin very easily.
A class to learn the Violin, coming in February of 2025, you don't have to know anything about the Violin. The class will be limited to 20 students. This class will be an hour long. An hour long class to learn to play the Violin for only $20.00 is unheard of. Adult beginner Violin class on Tuesdays at 5pm. Not at Center Smith. What an adventure!
Our Ukulele Group class will begin on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 at 4pm to 5pm. This class will only cost $10.00 for an hour class. There is a $25.00 deposit. Show up with you Ukulele and we will have so much fun! All study materials are furnished. You must Register for this class.
